All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund.

7. Safe use of Ember products

Ember steam eye masks are cosmetic wellness products for external use only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. For your safety: use each mask only once and do not reuse it or heat it in a microwave; do not place the mask directly on the eyeball or on broken, irritated, or sensitive skin; discontinue use immediately if you experience discomfort, redness, or irritation; keep out of reach of children; and consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have an eye condition, or have any concerns. You use our products at your own risk and are responsible for following all package instructions.

All content on the Services, including the Ember name and logo, text, images, and designs, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
