Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

We ship worldwide. After processing, most orders arrive within 2-4 weeks (roughly 10-20 business days), depending on your destination. Remote areas and some international routes may take a little longer. As we bring inventory closer to home, many orders will arrive faster, and we'll update these estimates as that happens. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or busy periods.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way. Please allow a couple of days for tracking to begin updating.

International orders, customs and duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in your order total or shipping cost. If you're unsure, please check your local customs rules before ordering.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it's on its way, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may require a re-shipping fee. Spot a mistake? Email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or shows up damaged, contact us at sleepbyember@gmail.com. Every order is backed by our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee: we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
